关闭信息 - Spring 2024

All residence halls will officially close at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, 5月3日, 2024.

Residents are required to check out of their room within 24 hours after their last exam. Any resident not checked out by Friday, 5月3日 and does not have an approved extension will be fined and subject to discipline according to the Student Code of Conduct.

Checkout Procedures by Building

唐利大厅

When you are ready to check out, please see the Desk Worker at the 唐利大厅 服务台.

If a Desk Worker is not available, please complete an Express Checkout Form.

东大厅

居民助理 will have a "Check Out 时间表" posted at their door. Please try to sign up for a time with one of the RAs on your floor 至少  24 hours in advance of when you would like to leave campus. (例如, if you are planning to leave on Thursday at 4pm, you should put that on the available RAs schedule no later than Wednesday at 4pm). 

If you are not able to connect with an RA to complete your checkout, please see the Desk Worker at the 东大厅 服务台 to complete an Express Checkout.

If a Desk Worker or RA is not available, please complete an Express Checkout Form, place your keys in the provided envelope, and place the envelope in the "Outgoing Mail" Slot by the East Printer.

罗伊斯厅

When you are ready to check out, please see the Desk Worker at the 罗伊斯厅 服务台.

If a Desk Worker is not available, please complete an Express Checkout Form.

南大厅

When you are ready to check out, please see the Desk Worker at the 南大厅 服务台.

If a Desk Worker is not available, please complete an Express Checkout Form.

Residents may request to stay longer by emailing a 住房 Extension Request Form to their building Residence Hall Coordinator.
All residents must be moved out by Friday, 5月3日, 2024 unless they are approved for an extension.

有以下情况的居民 夏天住房 may stay in their current room. You will be notified when your summer room assignment is ready for you to move into.

扩展的安静 & 礼貌小时:

Sunday, April 21st, 2024 through Friday, 5月3日, 2024

Quiet hours are established to ensure residents have the opportunity to study in their rooms and sleep without noise disturbances.

  • Your volume (which includes, but is not limited to: your voice, music, TV, etc.) should not be enough to be heard clearly through the walls or in the hallway. 
  • Quiet hours are in effect 24 hours a day. From 7pm - 8pm daily quiet hours are lifted. During this time, courtesy hours still apply.
  • Residents who repeatedly violate the 扩展的安静 Hours policy may be asked to leave the residence hall before Friday, 5月3日, 2024.

 

Extended/Late Stays:

Residents, who need to stay beyond 5月3日 at 5:00 p.m.，必须填写 住房 Extension Request Form 和 obtain prior approval from their building Residence Hall Coordinator.

Graduating seniors must get approval!

You must fill out and turn in the request form to your building RHC by 4pm on Friday, April 26th. 电子邮件 housing@intercommedianet.com or contact your building RHC with questions.

 

夏天住房:

Students remaining in 住房 for the Summer session, must be ready to move at any time and you will have 48 hours to move once you are notified that your Summer room is ready. You will receive further instructions from the Office of 大学的宿舍. You will stay in your current room until your summer room is ready.
